1. Inspection Upon Delivery

You are welcome to open and inspect your package while the courier is still present.

Once your order is delivered, you will have approximately 5–10 minutes to inspect and try the product.

2. Immediate Return to the Courier

If, after inspecting or trying the product, you decide not to keep it, you may return it immediately to the courier.

In this case, you will only be responsible for the applicable shipping fees.

3. Returns & Exchanges Within 7 Days

You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

All applicable shipping and handling costs will be covered by the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

Final Sale Items

During Final Sale periods, all purchases are considered final.

Refunds and exchanges are not permitted on Final Sale items.
